It depends on the model, the length and the resolution. You always see the exact number on the Make button before you start, so there are no surprises.

What happens if a generation fails?+
If it fails on our side or finishes without a result, the credits go straight back to your balance. You don’t need to ask.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can get a refund for the credits from that pack you haven’t used. The Refund Policy shows exactly how it’s worked out.
How do I pay?+
Checkout is run by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can pay by card and with other payment methods available in your country. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.
Can I share credits with someone else?+
Credits belong to your account and can’t be transferred to another account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
