Questions about the community

What can I post to the community?

Images and videos you made on PopNow with your own account. Uploads, work made elsewhere and results from a few apps that can't be shared publicly can't be posted. Every post gets a quick safety check before it goes live, usually within a minute.

How do I post?

Open any image or video you made, choose Send to, then Post to community. Pick a handle the first time, add a title if you like and decide whether to show your prompt. You can also start from the Post your creation button on this page.

What is a recipe?

Each post shows the model, the prompt and the settings used to make it, and our official examples add the first-frame prompt too. Press Make one like this to open the same tool with that model, prompt and settings, then add your own idea. Creators can keep their prompt private; the model and settings still show.

Does posting or liking cost anything?

Posting, liking and entering challenges are free. Making something costs credits as usual, and remaking a post costs the same as any generation with that model and those settings.

What is a Founding Creator?

The first 100 creators whose posts go live get a permanent Founding Creator badge on their profile and posts, and their newest work shows up on the home page.

Who can see my post, and can I take it down?

Posts are public: anyone can see the creation, your handle, the title and the recipe. Your email and account details are never shown. You can remove a post at any time from My posts.

Why was my post taken down?

Posts that break our Terms, or show someone without their consent, are removed. You get a notification and can appeal once from My posts; a person on our team reviews every appeal.

How do you keep the community safe?

An automated safety review checks every post before it's public, and anything unclear goes to a person. Use Report on any post that breaks our Terms; after several reports a post is hidden until we review it. You can also block a creator so you no longer see their work.

What are the posts marked Official?

Examples made by the PopNow team with the same models you can use, so you can see what each model does well and copy the recipe.
