How much does a generation cost?
It depends on the model, the length and the resolution. The exact number of credits is on the button before you start.
PricingA generation failed. Do I get my credits back?
Yes. If it fails on our side or finishes without a result, the credits go straight back to your balance. You don’t need to ask.
Refund PolicyHow do refunds work?
Within 7 days of buying a credit pack, you can get a refund if you haven’t used any credits from it. Email us from your account’s email address with your order number.

No. We don’t use your prompts, uploads or results to train AI models.
Privacy PolicyHow do I delete my content or my account?
Delete items from your library at any time. They wait in Trash for 30 days, then they’re permanently deleted. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address on your account with “Privacy” in the subject line.
