Draw on a picture, get the change you meant
Words are bad at saying where. A circle, an arrow or a quick scribble is not. PopNow sends your drawing to the model together with your photo, so it knows exactly which part to change or which way things should move, and the finished picture or clip comes back clean, without your marks.
Draw to Edit: point at it instead of describing it
Upload a photo and mark the spot. Scribble over a corner and say what should go there, draw a box around something to replace it, or point an arrow at a detail and write a short note. Use a different color for each change and name the colors in your sentence. The edited photo keeps everything you did not mark.
Your drawing
ResultDraw to Video: arrows become motion
Start from a photo or a blank canvas. Draw an arrow from the thing that should move to where it should go; a curved arrow gives a curved path. Notes next to an arrow say what is moving or how. On a blank canvas, sketch the scene in black first: it is turned into a photo, then animated along your arrows.
Your drawingResultTips for clean results
- Neon green and hot pink are the easiest colors for the model to tell apart from the photo.
- One change per color. Say the color in your sentence: “a sofa where the cyan scribble is”.
- Keep notes short, two to four words, and put them next to their arrow.
- Cover the whole area you want changed. The model follows the size of your scribble.
- For video, one or two arrows work best. Describe the action in your sentence too.
Which models do the work
Draw to Edit uses Seedream 5.0 Lite by default: ByteDance documents arrow, box and scribble marks as a way to point at what to edit, and in our tests it matched the size of a scribble most closely. Nano Banana 2 is the alternative. Draw to Video uses MiniMax H3: your arrows and notes are turned into a clear description of the motion and the clip starts from a clean frame, so no lines show up in the video. Seedance 2.0 Mini is the one-step option that reads the drawing itself.
How it works
- Upload a photo, start a blank sketch, or pick an example.
- Draw with the brush, arrow, box or text tool. Undo and the eraser fix mistakes.
- Say in one sentence what should happen and press Generate.
Questions
Will my scribbles show up in the result?+
No. Your marks only tell the model where and what. The prompt asks for a clean result, and for video the clip starts from your original photo or from the sketch turned into a photo, so no lines appear.
How much does it cost?+
A Draw to Edit picture costs about 6 credits. A 5-second Draw to Video clip from a photo costs about 28 credits, plus 6 credits when you start from a blank sketch. New accounts get 30 free credits, and the smallest pack is $9.
Do I need to draw well?+
Not at all. Rough circles, wobbly arrows and stick figures are enough. The model reads what you point at, not how pretty the line is.
Can I use it on my phone?+
Yes. Draw with your finger: the canvas fits the screen, and undo is one tap.
What is the difference from a normal photo editor?+
You do not need masks, layers or selection tools. You mark the area roughly and describe the change in plain words, and the AI repaints that part to match the light and perspective of the photo.
Which photos work best?+
Clear, well-lit photos where the thing you want to change is easy to see. For video, leave some room in the direction your arrow points, so the subject has somewhere to go.
