Do I need to sign up?+
No. Files from your device and the sample clips work without an account. Sign in only if you want to add items from your Assets or save the finished video there.
How long can my video be, and in what format?+
Up to 10 minutes, in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, at 720p or 1080p. Most browsers save an MP4; some save WebM instead. Keep the tab in front while it exports, because the video is recorded in real time.
Are my videos uploaded?+
Not unless you choose. Clips from your device stay in your browser while you edit, and your draft is kept on this device. Only Save to Assets uploads the finished file to your account.
Can I edit videos on my phone?+
Yes, you can preview, edit and export on a phone, but the timeline is easier to work with on a bigger screen.
