How does the still region stay fixed?
Every frame outside the feathered polygon comes from the same reference frame. The audit checks that those unmasked pixels have zero pre-encode variation.
Is the example a seamless physical simulation?
No. It is a masked crossfade of generated footage. The 4-second period repeats twice; inspect the seam and boundary for doubled water or camera drift.
Does the local render spend generation funds?
No. It reads local media and renders locally. Missing media can be made through PopNow after an exact quote and approval; no paid call occurs in the renderer.
