How are the sound effects synced to the picture?

Each shot is sent separately to PopNow's video-to-audio tool, which watches the clip and times the sounds to the motion; a short list of what is on screen tells it which sounds to make. The shots are then laid back exactly at their cut points.

Can I get cinematic movie sound effects without a sound library?

Yes. Impacts, room tone, weather and machinery are generated for your shots instead of searched in a library, and the score is generated to your mood brief, so nothing has to be licensed or trimmed by hand.

Will it keep my voice?

If your video has speech, keep the original audio on: it becomes the dialogue stem, and the ambience and music dip under it automatically so the words stay clear.

Can it add effect sound music to a video I already edited?

Yes, that is the intended input: a locked edit. Scene cuts are detected from the video, so the effects, ambience and music follow your edit without re-cutting anything.

What does it cost?

Sound effects are priced by the second of video, plus one music request if you want a score. A 20-second three-shot video is about 21 seconds of effects and one score. PopNow quotes the exact price first; the mix runs on your computer for free.
