What the New Year card maker does
It turns a photo you already have into a Happy New Year card with your own greeting printed on it. Choose a scene such as rooftop fireworks, a midnight countdown, a champagne toast or a snowy city night, pick one of four card layouts and type your message, with the year if you like. The AI rebuilds the scene around the same people and keeps every face, skin tone, hairstyle and pair of glasses, then letters your words onto the card. Save it as a 5×7 or 4×6 print file, send it on New Year's Eve, or post it at midnight.
Questions
Is the New Year card maker free?+
New accounts get 30 free credits, enough for 2 HD New Year cards. After that one HD card costs 11 credits and a Standard one 6. There is no subscription, and failed results are refunded automatically.
Can I put the year and my own message on the card?+
Yes. Type any greeting up to 50 characters, including the year, and an optional sign-off up to 40 characters, such as Emma & Jack. Both are printed exactly as typed, in any language.
What size should I print a New Year card?+
5×7 inches is the usual greeting card size and fits an A7 envelope; 4×6 is a standard photo print. Every card has buttons that save either size as a 300 dpi JPEG, portrait or landscape.
Will we still look like ourselves?+
Yes. Each scene keeps every person's face, skin tone, hairstyle, glasses and age from your photo. The clearer the faces, the closer the likeness; the Vintage layout softens faces into a painted look by design.
Can I make one card for friends who are in different photos?+
Yes. Add one photo per person or pet, up to 4 photos, and the card brings everyone together, for example around the Countdown clock or with Sparklers.
Can my dog or cat be on the New Year card?+
Yes. Party with my pet puts you and your pet on the sofa in a tiny gold party hat, and any other scene works with a photo of you together. Pets keep their own markings and eye color.
Can I turn the card into a fireworks video?+
Yes. Tap Make it a video under any card for a 5-second clip where fireworks bloom, confetti falls and everyone smiles, for 28 credits. The lettering stays still.
Can I use someone else's photo?+
Only with their permission. Use photos of yourself, people who agreed, or your own pets, and never use a card to pretend to be someone else.
