Move a real magnifying lens across three owned evidence images and connect selected comparisons. Three local images are fitted into a native desk composition. Focus rectangles guide the lens between them, while the lens samples a magnified crop of the actual composited desktop pixels. Two declared record pairs control the comparison threads. Reuse owned evidence or quote missing illustrations and optional music through PopNow.

What you get

  1. A 20-second native landscape or portrait MP4 and editable composition.

  2. Three local images are fitted into a native desk composition. Focus rectangles guide the lens between them, while the lens samples a magnified crop of the actual composited desktop pixels. Two declared record pairs control the comparison threads.

  3. A poster, contact sheet and local render receipt.

Good for

  • Visual evidence walkthroughs
  • Art, nature and collection stories using owned images

Not for

  • The renderer does not retrieve sources, infer scientific relationships, authenticate evidence or certify character consistency. It only displays the supplied comparison.
  • The layout expects exactly three image records and two declared comparison pairs.

How it works

Includes a local renderer

  1. Choose owned evidence

Replace the three original sample illustrations or keep them. Supply rights-cleared local images and useful focus rectangles.

  2. Inspect the same pixels

Build the desk and move the sampling lens through the declared records; edit comparison pairs to connect different objects.

  3. Review the explanation

Check lens crops and image fit, then review every annotation yourself. Rendering cannot establish that a visual comparison is factually valid.

How the workflow runs

How Archive Magnifier Film works

Three local images are fitted into a native desk composition. Focus rectangles guide the lens between them, while the lens samples a magnified crop of the actual composited desktop pixels. Two declared record pairs control the comparison threads.

What's inside the skill

What you can change

  • records: three unique image IDs, short labels and normalized focus rectangles.
  • comparisons: two pairs of different record IDs.
  • magnification: 1.3–3 controls the actual sampled crop; images accept PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG.

What to review before delivery

  • The validator rejects missing image IDs, invalid focus rectangles and comparisons that point to absent records.
  • The domain test changes record order and comparison pairs independently.
  • Manually compare the lens image with the object beneath it and check captions at phone size.

Why use this skill

Start with this package

The focus coordinates and source-pixel lens are implemented together with the evidence layout. You can change the objects and relationships without manually rebuilding each magnified shot.

What PopNow adds

Use PopNow for the missing Images, Music & voice in this workflow. Keep adequate material you already own, then bring new assets back into the editing and assembly steps described here.

A prompt, your own skill, or this workflow?

Start with a prompt

Your agent can create from a plain request. The brief, visual rules, asset choices, output format and review process still need to be established for that project.

Write your own skill

You choose and maintain the reusable instructions, defaults, file structure and checks. This is useful when your process needs different rules or integrations.

A workflow created for PopNow

This workflow was built for PopNow. Its source files, included dependencies and applicable notices are part of the package; the scope described below belongs to this edition.

What will this cost?

New evidence illustrations and optional music can use quoted PopNow generation. Reusing the supplied or adequate owned images keeps the desk assembly local; optional music is a separate finishing step.

Generation is optional when you have suitable input material. Free skill. New media is quoted before it runs.

The skill package

Free to install under your account's download allowance. The package license covers your own and client work; redistribution is excluded.

Existing assets and local work

Reusing suitable assets, editing files and running local assembly do not call a PopNow generation model. Your computer and any required runtime still do the work.

New AI images, clips or sound

Quoted for the actual model, inputs, count, duration and resolution. Extra alternatives, revisions or optional enhancement passes can add generation requests.

Your agent and hosting

Any subscription, hosted computer, deployment or other provider fee belongs to that service. Installing this skill does not include those services.

Check the cost of your version first

Your assistant can inspect the available models and quote the exact request first. You choose which optional passes to include and approve spending before generation.

Ask your assistant

  • Use the PopNow skill "Archive Magnifier Film" for my project. List the inputs you can reuse, quote only the missing media, show the quoted total and flag any unpriced steps. Separate optional enhancements, and wait for my approval before starting anything paid.

How PopNow billing works

Connections using a PopNow API key, including API-key MCP connections, spend from the separate API balance in USD. A ChatGPT or Claude connection authorized through OAuth spends website credits. These balances are separate; the quote shown by your connection is the approval basis.

Download allowances and current account conditions apply. A free package does not mean unlimited free generation.

How to use it

You say

  • Use the PopNow skill "Archive Magnifier Film" (archive-magnifier-film) for this: Use my three owned images as archive records. Focus on the details I mark, compare the first with the third and then the second with the third, and render both native layouts. Quote any optional new media first.

Then try

  • Move the first focus rectangle to a different feature and show the actual enlarged pixels.

  • Reverse the record order while preserving its IDs and comparison links.

What to have ready

  • Node.js 22.12+, the pinned dependencies, Chrome and FFmpeg.
  • A short original story and the documented JSON inputs.
  • Three owned local evidence images, or the supplied original illustrations.
  • The new film examples use ASCII text. Accents and other scripts need a suitable font plus input and layout adjustments.

Questions

Is the magnified detail the same source image?

Yes. The lens samples the current composited desk, including the actual image beneath it; it is not a separately generated close-up.

Does it verify what the images prove?

No. You supply the evidence, labels and comparisons, and remain responsible for their accuracy.

Where do new generated images go?

After quoting and approving a PopNow image request, save the result under assets, declare it in the project assets array and use that asset ID in a record.

What is already packaged in Archive Magnifier Film?

The scene model, input validation and actual animation. A complete working scene brief. Protected project assembly and external HyperFrames export. Supported controls, asset placement and limits.

Which parts of Archive Magnifier Film can add a charge?

New evidence illustrations and optional music can use quoted PopNow generation. Reusing the supplied or adequate owned images keeps the desk assembly local; optional music is a separate finishing step. Connections using a PopNow API key, including API-key MCP connections, spend from the separate API balance in USD. A ChatGPT or Claude connection authorized through OAuth spends website credits. These balances are separate; the quote shown by your connection is the approval basis.

How does Archive Magnifier Film differ from writing a prompt or my own skill?

The focus coordinates and source-pixel lens are implemented together with the evidence layout. You can change the objects and relationships without manually rebuilding each magnified shot.
