Two-Ink Risograph Print — original locally built artwork

The renderer crops to the visible subject, separates luminance and warm color, adds exact editable headline text to the first ink plate and composites the two inks with registration offset and subtle paper grain. PopNow can create missing source imagery after a quote; owned assets and local rendering also work. Optionally supply a licensed local TTF, OTF or TTC font with `font` and a collection `font_index`. Missing glyphs are rejected; headline and caption are fitted to their actual measured space. The output copies the font for reconstruction, so only share that folder if its font license permits redistribution.

What you get

  1. Composite poster PNG and SVG with the raster composite embedded

  2. Two complete grayscale ink plates, including exact headline text

  3. Separation settings, dot coverage and registration measurements

Good for

  • Two-Ink Risograph Print with visible source structure
  • Personal artwork and creative studies that need editable parameters

Not for

  • A press-certified color separation or a claim that a screen proof predicts physical ink.

How to use it

You say

  • Use the PopNow skill "Two-Ink Risograph Print" (two-ink-risograph-print) for this: Create a two-ink risograph print using the example's editable controls, and show the actual output with its source proof.

Then try

  • Change one visual parameter and rebuild the real artwork.

  • Quote any missing source image through my connected PopNow tools first.

What to have ready

  • Your subject and intended visual reading
  • Owned source images when the selected workflow uses them
  • Python 3.10+, Pillow and NumPy, fontTools
  • Optionally supply a licensed local TTF, OTF or TTC font with `font` and a collection `font_index`. Missing glyphs are rejected; headline and caption are fitted to their actual measured space. Questions

What is actually editable?

The renderer crops to the visible subject, separates luminance and warm color, adds exact editable headline text to the first ink plate and composites the two inks with registration offset and subtle paper grain. Optionally supply a licensed local TTF, OTF or TTC font with `font` and a collection `font_index`. Missing glyphs are rejected; headline and caption are fitted to their actual measured space. The output copies the font for reconstruction, so only share that folder if its font license permits redistribution.

What files will I receive?

Composite poster PNG and SVG with the raster composite embedded. Two complete grayscale ink plates, including exact headline text. Separation settings, dot coverage and registration measurements.

Can I use this directly for physical production?

No. These are screen proofs and digital ink plates, not press-certified separations. Ask the printer to test ink, paper, trapping and registration before a print run.

Does this require paid generation?

Local rendering uses no generation API. Reuse suitable owned images; PopNow can make missing source artwork after an exact quote and approval.
