How is this different from a wallpaper maker AI that gives one image?

One picture is extended to each screen shape with PopNow's image expander, which paints new scenery at the sides or above and below, then upscaled for that shape. Your phone keeps the whole scene instead of a thin slice, and a 5K or 32:9 monitor gets real detail instead of a stretched image.

Which sizes can I get?

Phones (19.5:9 and 20:9), tablets, 16:10 laptops, 1440p, 4K and 5K monitors, 3440x1440 ultrawide, 5120x1440 super-ultrawide and dual-monitor spans, each at its exact pixel size. You can add any other resolution.

Can I use it as a computer wallpaper creator for two monitors?

Yes. The span is made as one wide picture and also split into a left and a right file, and the preview shows where the bezel falls so the subject is not cut in half.

Will the clock cover the picture on my lock screen?

The directions leave a calm top third, and the preview measures the area behind the clock: it suggests white or dark clock text and warns if the area is busy.
