3D floor plan of a two-bedroom apartment at dusk, three-quarter cutaway view with warm lamps in every room

Your agent turns a 2D floor plan into a 3D floor plan you can put on a listing. Room names and sizes are confirmed with you first, the first render keeps every wall, door and window where the plan has them and is checked on an overlay, and later views start from that render with PopNow's camera angle changer and relight. You get a one-page showcase with the room table, labelled as an illustrative 3D visualization, not to scale.

What you get

  1. A furnished bird's-eye 3D render that follows the plan's walls, doors and windows

  2. A three-quarter view and an evening version with warm interior light

  3. A wall-check page that fades the render over the plan

  4. A one-page showcase (HTML and PDF) with the room table and the not-to-scale notice

  5. An optional 5-second slow orbit clip

Good for

  • Property listings and rentals
  • Renovation and off-plan previews
  • Home and interior blogs comparing furnishing ideas
  • 3D house plans of an apartment or a single floor

Not for

  • Construction, permit or measured drawings
  • A full 3d building plan with several floors in one image
  • Making a property look bigger than the plan

How to use it

You say

  • Use the PopNow skill "Floor Plan to 3D" (floor-plan-to-3d) for this: Here's the floor plan for our two-bed rental (plan.pdf, page 2). Make a 3D floor plan for the listing and a one-page PDF. Quote first.

Then try

  • Add an evening version from the three-quarter view.

  • Make a short orbit video for the listing.

What to have ready

  • The floor plan image or PDF page, one floor per image
  • Room names and sizes as printed on the plan
  • A style for the interior and whether you want an evening view or a clip

Questions

Can it turn any floor plan to 3D accurately?

It follows the plan closely but it is an illustration, not a measured model. The first render is made with every wall, door and window locked to the plan and checked with you on an overlay page before anything else is made; if a wall moved, that render is not used. Every page is labelled not to scale.

Can I use it for 3D house plans with more than one floor?

Yes, one floor at a time: render each floor from its own plan and show them side by side on the showcase. One image of several floors loses walls.

Does it work from a PDF?

Yes. A helper turns one page into a PNG with Poppler or the macOS built-in tool; if neither is installed it tells you how to export the page.

What does it cost?

Usually three or four image edits (render, angle, evening light), plus an optional upscale and an optional 5-second clip. Each is quoted before it runs. Room checks, the wall check and the showcase are free.
