Watercolor rose wedding suite: invitation for Maya Okafor and Daniel Reyes, RSVP card with meal choices and QR code, details card and dinner menu

Your agent shows three art directions, from watercolor florals to fine-line botanicals, then PopNow makes the art, extends it for stories and upscales it for print. Every word is set in real type with the weekday and formal date computed, so the invitation, RSVP card, details card, menu, place cards and welcome sign all match and print with bleed. E-invites, a short animated version and a one-file RSVP page cover the guests who reply online.

How to use it

You say

  • Use the PopNow skill "Wedding Invitation Suite" (wedding-invitation-suite) for this: Maya Okafor and Daniel Reyes, Saturday June 12, 2027, 4 pm at Juniper Hill Gardens. Watercolor garden flowers, formal wording, invitations, RSVP cards with a QR code, menus and place cards from our guest list.

Then try

  • Make a story e-invite with drifting petals and a short piano tune.

  • Now a 24 x 36 welcome sign with our engagement photo, cut out only.

What to have ready

  • Names, date, time, venue, RSVP date and reply email or form link
  • Details, menu courses and a guest list with tables, if you want those pieces
  • Your own couple photo, if you want it on the e-invite or sign
  • Python 3, Chrome, and ffmpeg for the animated e-invite

Questions

How to create wedding invitations that match the RSVP cards, menus and signs?

Fill in one details file and pick one of three art directions. The skill uses the same art and the same type style for every piece, sets each word in real type, and exports print PDFs at standard sizes with bleed, so the whole suite matches.

Can I make a wedding invitation online and print the same design?

Yes. The same design comes out as print PDFs, feed and story e-invites, an optional animated e-invite and a single-file RSVP page, so you can make wedding invitation online versions for most guests and print a few for family.

Do I get wedding stationery templates I can reuse?

The layouts work like reusable templates: change names, dates or guests in the details file and rerun to get every piece again. A wedding reception invitation template is one wording change away (request line and reception details).

Will our photo be changed?

No. Your photo only goes through PopNow's background remover and is placed as it is. Faces, bodies and ages are never edited, and no likeness of you is generated.

Does the RSVP page need a website or a database?

No. It is one HTML file with the picture embedded. Replies open the guest's email app addressed to you with every answer filled in, or go to your own form link. The page stores nothing.
