Launch Waitlist Referral Demo: first screen of the included example

Build a launch waitlist demonstration with real local state. A visitor alias receives a stable referral code, later aliases can cite that code, and the page updates the simulated queue and referral counts. The interface explicitly states that it collects no email and creates no real launch registration.

Questions

Does this collect email addresses?

No. It accepts only a short demo alias, rejects email syntax and stores the simulation in the browser.

Are referral counts real registrations?

No. They count local aliases in the demonstration queue. A production system needs a backend, consent, abuse controls and verified signup events.
