Is it allowed to edit listing photos?

Cleaning up temporary items, brightening and virtual staging are widely used when they are disclosed, but rules vary by MLS, portal and country. This kit labels every edited image and clip, keeps your originals, and reminds you to check your own rules before publishing.

Can it remove a crack or a damp patch?

No. Defects stay in the photos. The erase step refuses lists that name damage, staging cannot be used to cover parts of the building, and the guide explains the honest alternatives.

Will the rooms still look like the property?

The clean-up uses PopNow's purpose-built object eraser, relight, expander and upscaler, which keep the room as photographed, and staging prompts keep walls, windows, finishes and views unchanged. A pilot photo is reviewed on a contact sheet before the rest.

What does a shoot cost?

About two to three image edits per photo for clean-up, light and upscaling, one or two more for staged rooms and banners, and about five seconds of video per tour clip. Each step is quoted for the whole folder before anything runs; labels and the listing sheet are free.

Is virtual staging for real estate allowed on listing sites?
