Price-beat guarantee

If you find the same generation for less on one of the platforms we compare ourselves with, we pay you twice the difference.

The guarantee covers Higgsfield, Runway and fal, for generations on the PopNow website, app and API. No other platform counts.

It applies only to the model and setting combinations marked Guaranteed in our price comparison at the time you generate.

Only a price that the other platform publishes on its own website and that anyone can pay on their own, without talking to sales. We don’t count:

• enterprise, volume, negotiated or contract prices;
• promotions, limited-time offers, first-order or new-customer discounts, and discount or coupon codes;
• credits that come with a membership or subscription, free allowances and trial credits;
• differences caused by taxes, fees or exchange rates.

For Higgsfield, we use its standard list rate. Any “N% off” or similar discount shown on its pages counts as a promotion, whether or not it shows an end date.

The comparison has to be for the same output: the same model, the same version, and the same tier and settings (resolution, length, with or without audio, number of images).

The other platform must have offered that model, at that price, at the time you generated on PopNow.

Email support@popnow.ai within 7 days of your generation, with:

• the task ID of your PopNow generation;
• a link to the other platform’s pricing page;
• a dated snapshot of that page from that time: a link on web.archive.org, or a screenshot that shows the date.

We check every claim by hand. The other platform’s price is the one shown on its page when we check. There is no automatic form.

Only generations that were paid for with purchased credits or API balance and were delivered successfully count. Generations paid with bonus or reward credits, failed generations and generations that were refunded don’t count.

We pay 2× the difference between the two prices for that generation, as reward credits on the website and app, or as API balance for API generations.

• Reward credits and API balance from this guarantee expire after 90 days.
• They can’t be withdrawn as cash, refunded or transferred to another account.
• This doesn’t change the credits you buy: purchased credits still never expire. The 90-day limit applies only to the reward credits from this guarantee.

• Each account can receive up to $20 worth of rewards a month from this guarantee, and never more than 10% of what you paid for credits or API balance in that same calendar month. Whichever limit is lower applies.
• For each model and tier, only the first valid claim is paid.
• After a valid claim, we may change our price. Once we have, claims for that model and tier are no longer accepted.

• PopNow decides whether a claim meets these conditions, and that decision is final.
• We can change or end this guarantee at any time. Claims sent before a change are handled under the terms that applied when they were sent.
• If we find abuse, such as using several accounts or a changed or fake screenshot, we can reject the claim and take back rewards already paid.
• This guarantee is a promotional promise on top of our Terms of Service and doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law.
