Question 1

Is the AI Figurine Maker free?

Accepted Answer

Browsing the examples, AR, print checks, downloads and the series poster and video are free. Making a new figure uses credits: about 51 credits per figure, and the full chain of figure, 3D model and video is about 742 credits.

Question 2

Can I 3D print my figure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap Make it 3D, then Print: choose a print height of 50, 75, 100 or 150 mm and download a 3MF or STL. It opens in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and Cura. The check shows open edges, overhangs that need supports and parts that are too thin.

Question 3

Can I see my figure in AR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On iPhone and iPad, View in your space opens AR Quick Look at your print height. On Android it opens Scene Viewer. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone.

Question 4

Does it work with pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose A pet and add a clear photo of your dog, cat or any pet. The statues, bust and blind box series all work, and the figure keeps your pet's coat and markings.

Question 5

Will the name on the box be spelled correctly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PopNow typesets the name, tagline and edition number on the box itself instead of asking the AI to draw letters, so they come out exactly as you typed them, in any of 12 languages.

Question 6

Can I use someone else's photo?

Accepted Answer

Only with their permission. Tick the box to confirm the photo is you or that you have permission to use their face.

Question 7

Can you print and ship the figure for me?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Download the 3MF or STL and print it at home, at a local print shop or with any online 3D printing service.
