Turn a PDF into a video people will watch
Upload a PDF and PopNow reads its text, finds the sections and plans a narrated video: one scene per idea, a short headline on each, word-timed captions, music and optional chapter cards between sections. Reports, research summaries, course handouts, manuals and policy documents all work.
Most PDFs are written to be read, not heard, so Rewrite for voice is selected here: it turns the text into a spoken script at the length you pick, from 1 to 5 minutes. When the wording has to stay exact, as in a policy or a statement, switch to Keep my words and the narrator reads your text as written.
What a PDF video costs
There is no per-page fee. The price depends on how many scenes get a new picture, how long the narration runs and how many scenes you animate.

Questions and answers
How do I convert a PDF to a video with AI?+
Upload the PDF, keep Rewrite for voice, pick a length and continue to the plan. PopNow writes the narration, plans a picture for every scene and edits the voice, captions and music into one MP4.
Can I convert a scanned PDF?+
Not directly. A scan is a picture of the text with nothing to read. Run it through OCR first, or paste the text into Paste text.
Is this a PDF to MP4 file converter?+
No. A file converter turns pages into a slideshow. This makes a new narrated video from the PDF's text, with a script, pictures, captions and music, so it works on YouTube, in a course or in a team update.
Can I use a Word document instead?+
Yes. DOCX, TXT and Markdown files go through the same Upload button, and their headings become chapters.
Does the video keep my exact wording?+
Only with Keep my words. Then the narration is your text, split into scenes but not changed. That fits about 5 minutes of reading; longer documents need Rewrite for voice.
What happens to my PDF?+
The file is read in your browser, and only its text is sent when you write the plan. Only upload documents you have the right to use.
