What is AI virtual staging?
Virtual staging adds furniture and decor to a photo of an empty room, so buyers and guests can see how the space could be lived in. Upload a listing photo, pick the room type and up to four styles, and each style comes back as a furnished photo in about a minute.
The room itself is not changed. Walls, windows, doors, floors, the ceiling and the camera angle stay exactly where they are; only freestanding furniture, rugs, lighting, art and plants are added. That keeps the photo true to the property.

Is virtual staging allowed on listing sites and the MLS?+
Virtual staging is widely used, but most listing sites and local real estate rules ask you to disclose it, for example by labeling the photo “Virtually staged”. It should only add furniture and decor and never hide defects. Check the rules of your listing site or local board before you publish.
Will it change the room's walls, windows or floors?+
No. With Keep layout, the default on this page, the walls, windows, doors, floor, wall color, ceiling and camera angle stay as they are. Only freestanding furniture, rugs, lighting, art and plants are added.
Which rooms can I stage?+
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, home offices, kids' rooms and bathrooms. Pick the room type or leave it on Auto detect. For house exteriors and gardens, use AI Interior Design.
Can I stage a room that still has furniture in it?+
Yes. Choose Furnished room and the old furniture is replaced with new pieces in your style. To show the room empty first, remove furniture or clutter with the Eraser, then stage it.
How many styles can I try at once?+
Up to four per run. Each one comes back as a separate photo, so you can compare them side by side and keep only the best.
What size are the staged photos?+
Standard photos are about 1K on the long side and HD photos about 2K, in the same shape as your upload, so they line up with the original. Use Upscale for 4K listing photos or print.
How much does virtual staging cost?+
51 credits per staged photo at standard quality and 75 credits in HD. You only pay for the photos you make, and failed photos are refunded.
Can I use the staged photos commercially?+
Yes. The photos you make are yours to use in listings, ads and client presentations, as long as you have the right to use the photo you uploaded.
