PopNow Weekly Challenge — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The PopNow Weekly Challenge (the “Challenge”) is run by PopNow AI, LLC, 2261 Market Street STE 72933, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States (“PopNow”, “we”). Each weekly Challenge has its own page at popnow.ai/challenges with its theme, entry period, accepted media and prizes. That page and these Official Rules together are the full terms of the Challenge. If they differ, the Challenge page wins for theme, dates and prizes, and these rules win for everything else.

2. Who can enter

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and have a PopNow account in good standing.
• The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is not open to residents of countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
• Employees and contractors of PopNow, and their immediate family and household members, can take part but cannot win prizes.
• One person, one account. Entries from multiple accounts controlled by the same person may be disqualified.

3. How to enter

1. During the entry period shown on the Challenge page (all times UTC), make an image or video on PopNow that fits the theme.
2. Post it to the PopNow community and choose the Challenge, or press “Submit an entry” on the Challenge page. Entries must be made with PopNow’s generation tools on your own account; uploads of work made elsewhere are not accepted.
3. Each entry goes through our automated safety review before it appears on the entry wall. Entries still in review at the deadline are judged once they pass.
4. You can enter up to the number of entries shown on the Challenge page (three unless stated otherwise).

4. No purchase necessary

You don’t need to buy anything to enter or win, and buying credits does not improve your chances. If you don’t have enough credits to make an entry, email support@popnow.ai before the deadline with the subject “Challenge entry credits” and the email address of your PopNow account. We will add up to 200 credits (enough for at least one image entry) to your account, once per person per Challenge. These credits can only be used on PopNow and have no cash value.

5. Entry requirements

• Your entry must be your own work on PopNow and must follow our Terms, including the rules for sharing creations.
• No real people without their consent, no public figures, no minors, no sexual or graphic content, nothing hateful or dangerous.
• No logos, brands, trademarks, characters or other material you don’t have the rights to use.
• Don’t pass off an entry as real footage of a real event or person.
• We may remove or disqualify any entry that breaks these rules, at any time, including after results are announced.

6. Judging

Winners are chosen by the PopNow team. Unless the Challenge page says otherwise, entries are scored on craft (camera, light, composition and how well the model was used, 40%), originality (30%) and impact (how much people want to watch it again, 30%). Likes on the entry wall are a signal for the judges, not a vote that decides the result. Ties are broken by the judges. The judges’ decisions are final.

7. Prizes

Unless the Challenge page lists different prizes, each weekly Challenge awards:

• 1st place: 30,000 PopNow credits
• 2nd place: 15,000 PopNow credits
• 3rd place: 5,000 PopNow credits
• Up to 10 featured picks: 1,000 PopNow credits each, plus a spot on the PopNow home page and the Featured tab of the community

Credits are added to the winning account’s balance, normally within 7 days after results are announced. Credits can be used for any generation on PopNow, don’t expire, can’t be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred. One prize per person per Challenge. Credits are sold at $0.001 each, so the approximate retail value of the prizes is $30, $15, $5 and $1 respectively. We may award fewer prizes if there aren’t enough qualifying entries. Any taxes on a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

8. Results and winner notification

Results are announced on the Challenge page on or around the results date shown there. Winners are notified in their PopNow account notifications. If a winner is found ineligible or broke these rules, we may withdraw the prize and pick another winner.

9. Your rights and our license

You keep the rights you have in your entry. By entering, you give PopNow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to show, reproduce, crop or resize and promote your entry, together with your PopNow handle, on PopNow (including the community, the Challenge page and the home page), in PopNow’s apps and on PopNow’s social media and marketing, for the Challenge and for promoting PopNow, for up to 24 months after results are announced. If you remove your entry from the community, we will stop using it in new materials, but we don’t have to take down materials already published.

10. Withdrawing

You can withdraw an entry before the deadline from the Challenge page or from My posts. Removing the post from the community also withdraws it. After the deadline, removing a post means it can no longer win.

11. Privacy

We use your account and entry information to run the Challenge as described in our Privacy Policy. Your handle and winning entries are public.

12. General

• We may cancel, suspend or change a Challenge if fraud, technical problems or anything else outside our control affects its fairness, and may then award prizes among eligible entries received before that point.
• We are not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries, or for entries that fail the safety review.
• Disputes are handled as described in our Terms.
• This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple, Google or any social network.
