Success rate leaves out requests rejected for the caller's own input (invalid parameters, declined content, unusable files). Generation time is the median of succeeded requests.

How is the success rate measured?
From every request that finished in the last 60 minutes across the platform, excluding failures caused by the request itself, such as invalid parameters or content the model declined. Failed requests are never charged.
What should I do during an incident?
Retry failed requests with backoff, or switch to another model in the same category. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Use webhooks so your app picks up results as soon as service recovers.
Where can I see my own failures and 429s?
In the API console: Usage shows failures by error code and latency percentiles, Logs can be filtered by error code, and Overview shows your rate limit and recent 429s.
